| 摘 要： | 本文通过对海洋光合细菌的培养液制备、培养生态条件、接种浓度和培养周期的研究，采用人工海水培养液克服了海洋光合细菌一级培养液沉淀问题，设计的尼龙大棚三级培养工艺成本低廉易推广应用于群众性生产。

| Abstract: | The paper summarized the study in the manufacture of cultivation liquid of the marine photosynthetic bacteria, the ecological condition, the density of inoculating and the cultivation cycle. The precipitating difficulty of the first-stage cultivation liquid of the marine photosynthetic bacteria was overcome by adopting artificial marine water cultivation liquid. The nylon shed used for cultivating third-stage photosynthetic bacteria was designed. It was lower in cost and easier to spread out in actual production. |
