| 摘 要： | 孤儿是社会弱势群体中最脆弱、最容易受到伤害的一部分。孤儿的救助涉及到抚养、医疗、教育、就业等方面。目前,我国在孤儿救助方面存在的问题主要有法制不健全、政府工作不力、社会关注度低等。只有探明原因,才能找到切实有效的对策,使孤儿得到及时有效的救助,从而最大限度地保护他们的合法权益。

| Abstract: | Orphans are the weakest and most vulnerable people of Social Disadvantaged Groups. Orphan rehef involves foster care, medical attendance, education and employment. Currently, the remaining problems of orphan relief in China include the imperfection of legal system, the inefficiency of government work and the insufficient de- gree of social concern. Only if we explore the causes can we find out the practical and effective way to render or- phans prompt help and maximum protection of their legitimate rights and interests. |
