| 摘 要： | 自我效能是班杜拉社会认知理论的重要概念,它对于个体与社会有着重要的作用。自我效能对于创造力有着及其重要的功能,它可以影响个体在创造过程中的行为选择、未来创造目标设定、创造时的努力和持久力等,可以通过控制体验、社会说服等来提高个体的创造自我效能感。

| Abstract: | Self-efficacy is an important concept in the Bandura's social cognitive theory,it is of great consequence for individual and community.Self-efficacy is of significant function for creativity,it can affect individual' behavior choosing,the future goal setting,strive and endurance,and so on.And we can enhance the creative self-efficacy with control experience and social persuasion and so on. |
