摘    要:在S波段船载测波雷达中,为实现对天线采集的回波信号能进行良好的信号处理,提出了一种适用于线性调频中断连续波(frequency modulated interrupted continuous wave,FMICW)的S波段船载测波雷达接收机的设计方案.此方案可分为模拟部分和数字部分,其模拟部分含有低噪高性能的射频前端模块;数字部分包括单端转差分转换器、模数转换(analog to digital converter,ADC)模块、数字下变频模块和数字信号处理(digital signal processor,DSP)模块,其中DSP实现了时序控制和信号处理的功能.最后在系统设计完成后对雷达接收机灵敏度、1 dB压缩点、线性动态范围和整机系统闭环的测试结果进行比较分析,验证了该雷达接收机设计方案的合理性,将雷达接收机接入雷达系统后可获取有效准确的雷达数据.

Abstract:In S-band shipboard wave radar, in order to achieve a sound signal processing of the echo signal collected by the antenna, this paper presents a suitable for linear frequency modulated interrupted continuous wave (FMICW) of S-band shipboard wave radar receiver design scheme. It can be divided into analog and digital parts. The analog part contains a low noise high-performance RF front-end module; the digital includes single-end to difference converter, analog-digital conversion module, digital down-conversion module and DSP module, among which DSP realizes the functions of timing sequence control and signal processing. Finally, after completing the system design, the test results of radar receiver sensitivity, 1dB compression point, linear dynamic range, and closed-loop of the whole system are compared and analyzed to verify the rationality of the design scheme of the radar receiver. It is concluded that the receiver is connected to a radar receiver can obtain the useful and accurate radar datas.
