| 摘 要： | 本文采用静态拉伸法、动态共振法和动态敲击法，系统地研究了各种不同牌号、 不同规格的灰铸铁试样正弹性模量Ｅ值。选定了动态法的测试系统；认定了动态法计 算弹性模量的数学模型；在系统研究了铸态和加工试样各种影响因素的基础上，确定 了适宜的试样规格；并指出动态共振法、动态敲击法均可较为准确地检测灰铸铁的弹 性模量Ｅ值，其中动态敲击法更为简便易行，值得推广应用，是目前检测灰铸铁Ｅ值 的最佳方法。

| Abstract: | This paper investigates some convenient and reliable method for measuring elastic moduli of gray cast iron, and approves the mathematic model for calcu- lating dynamic elastic moduli of gray cast iron, and selects proper standard of machined and blank sample, and also finds out the best way of measuring elas- tic moduli of gray cast iron which is a dynamic knock method. |
