| 摘 要： | 初步观察垂盆草不同提取物的抗肿瘤药效。采用小鼠S180肉瘤模型及小鼠S180腹水癌模型,分别用垂盆草水提物、垂盆草醇提物灌胃给药,连续8天,测定腹水瘤小鼠的生命延长率及实体瘤小鼠的瘤重。实验结果显示,垂盆草水提物、垂盆草醇提物对小鼠S180肉瘤的生长有明显抑制作用,肿瘤重量明显减轻。对小鼠S180腹水瘤小鼠生存天数亦有明显延长作用。说明垂盆草对小鼠移植性肿瘤具有抑制作用,为进行临床应用和深入的基础研究提供了依据。

| Abstract: | The research was to observe the effects of the different extracts from Sedum sarmentosum Bunge on tumor-bearing mice.The sarcoma 180（S180） was transplanted into the abdominal cavity and armpit of mouse and then the survival time and the tumor weight of the tumor-bearing mice treated with the different extracts from Sedum sarmentosum Bunge were measured and compared with the control group.The results showed that the different extracts from Sedum sarmentosum Bunge could obviously inhibit the tumor growth and prolong the survival time of the tumor-bearing mice. |
