摘    要:本文研究了不同浓度的硝酸稀土对菜豆属绿豆和赤豆两个种幼苗的生长以及主要成分、脂肪酶活力和其酯酶同工酶酶谱的影响。结果表明:①稀土浓度对赤豆的生长除500ppm 外,其余的浓度对主要成分的含量有促进作用;②稀土对绿豆的生长因浓度不同而有差别,其主要成分的含量亦不同,但均使酯酶同工酶酶带有所增加。

Abstract:Effect of different concentrations of rare earth nitrates on the growth, Esterase isozvmes pattern,lipase activity,rougy protein,total sugar, chlorophyll,vitamin C,trace elements of Mn,Cu,Zn,Ni and warter of stem and leaf of Phaseolus.The result shows:1.Rarth earth nitrates decrease the growth of P.angularis,and the concentratino of 500ppm increases themaiu compositious of P.augularis plaut,it may iucrease the esterase isozyme activity. 2.Effect of rare earth nitrates on growth of P.aureus varies with its concentration of rare earth nitrates.Different concentrations have different effect on the very composition.They increase the absorb ability to trace elements:Mn,Cu,Zn,Ni and increase the band number of esterase isozy- me of young plant.
