| 摘 要： | 针对大企业提升核心竞争力与获得财务回报的投资目标, 从技术产品竞争力、创业团队素质、资源利用程度等五个方面构建了公司风险投资项目评价指标体系. 提出了基于Theil指数的灰色评价方法, 以Theil指数计算各级指标权重, 以此权重为基础进行灰色综合评价. 具体实例的应用表明, 该方法切实可行, 且使评价结果更为客观合理.
