摘    要:滑转率控制是提高无级变速器效率的主要措施之一,研究其计算机仿真方法具有重要意义。在分析滑转率控制原理的基础上,通过试验建立摩擦系数随滑转率与几何比变化的数值模型,合理确定目标滑转率,建立包括滑转率动态模型、液压系统模型、系统效率模型等在内的滑转率控制计算机仿真模型系统,采用模糊控制方法对滑转率实施控制。仿真结果表明,采用滑转率控制可使液压系统压力降低40%左右,与其他研究者的试验结果接近,说明了所建模型的正确性。
