一种运动控制器建模与网络控制系统仿真研究

摘    要:提出了一种机理分析与系统辨识相结合的直流驱动运动控制器建模方法,并根据实测数据确定了研究对象的开环传递函数,在此基础上介绍了运用Matlab和Truetime工具箱建立运动控制器网络控制系统仿真模型的方法。通过对由CAN总线构成的运动控制器网络控制系统的仿真验证了建模方法的有效性,并对仿真结果进行了分析。

Abstract:A modeling method of the DC driving motion controller by way of the principle analysis and the system identification was proposed.And the open-loop transfer function of an application object was founded on the basis of field data.The modeling and simulation method of network motion control system was introduced,using Matlab and Truetime toolbox.The effectiveness of this method was proved via the simulation of a CAN bus network motion control system,and the simulation results of the system were discussed.
