| 摘 要： | 从优化国防经费投资决策的角度, 结合“渐进式采办”的思想和实物期权的理论, 构建了装备采办最优投资决策模型, 分装备研发和装备应用两个阶段对军方最佳的投资时机进行了深入的研究, 给出了求解的思路和计算公式, 并分析了影响投资决策的因素以及军方的最优投资策略.

| Abstract: | This paper depicts a concept to inspirit the managers of material acquisition to improve the level of decision-making.Based on the concepts of evolutionary acquisition and real options,a class of investment decision-making model is devised to optimize the benefit of military expenditure.The prime occasions for investment are researched in this model,and the influencing factors are explained sufficiently. |
