| 摘 要： | 为降低供应商选择过程中的主观偏见和不确定性,综合应用QFD、Kano模型和模糊集理论提出了一种新的供应商选择方法.应用QFD方法将需方对欲购产品的各项需求转换为可精确度量的、与该产品相联系的工程特性;通过专家打分,确定各项需求的相对权重、各工程特性间的关联强弱,以及各项需求与工程特性间的关系,并用非对称三角模糊数进行定量描述,据此计算各工程特性的权重,得到供应商选择的质量屋.然后,根据权重对全部工程特性进行排序,将排序结果区分为Kano模型中的3类需求,并用Kano系数表示.最后,综合工程特性值和Kano系数得到候选供应商在各特性上的表现得分,经加权求和可获取该供应商的总得分.通过算例验证了所提方法的有效性,并进行了决策者的敏感性分析.
