低碳生态能源经济循环农业系统工程典型模式及配套技术

摘    要:面对中国当前低碳生态能源经济循环农业系统工程复杂动态系统中存在的一些关键问题,仅凭单个学科的理论方法难以解决,在研究德邦牧业及其所在地高塘乡复杂动态生态能源经济系统发展问题中,将系统工程理论方法与其它学科理论方法交叉结合,进行集成创新,建立了区域双充分低碳生态能源经济循环农业系统工程典型模式和全乡四责任制低碳生态能源经济循环农业系统工程典型模式.这两种典型模式的建立步骤是:首先建立原系统发展各年的顶点赋权图模型,生成反馈系统的发展对策;继而建立仿真评价模型,对对策的实施效应进行定量仿真评价;最后根据设定的目标和仿真评价的结果调整确定科学合理的对策,进行实施.典型模式及配套技术实施的结果是:通过猪粪尿沼气能源充分开发利用工程和养种反馈循环沼液资源开发生物链工程,分别建立了低排放、低污染、低能耗、高效率的沼气能源开发的沼气能源产品供应链和绿色无公害农产品供应链.这为解决"三农"问题探索出了一条顶天立地、集成创新的系统开发新路.
