汽车干摩擦式离合器整车测试评价方法

离合器作为传动系统中连接发动机和变速箱的零部件,必须具备可靠地传递发动机的最大扭矩,以保证汽车平稳起步、保证换档时工作平顺以及操纵轻便等功能;这不仅需要离合器具有一定的设计和制造水平,而且涉及离合器与发动机、变速箱等零部件以及整车的匹配问题;目前国内离合器生产厂商只进行离合器零部件测试评价,而不具备离合器整车测试评价的能力;文章根据汽车离合器的各种使用要求,并对公司的SRV、MPV进行了大量的试验和统计,提出了离合器整车的测试评价方法,以便对离合器与整车匹配的合理性进行评价和改进。

On vehicle testing methods and evaluating standard of dry clutch

The clutch,which connects the engine and transmission,must be provided with several functions as follows: transferring the maximum torque of the engine;assuring the steady starting of the vehicle;and assuring the shifting and conducting facility,etc.In order to achieve these objectives, we need not only ensure the design and manufacture process,but also the technology of vehicle matching.Presently,domestic clutch suppliers haven't got the ability of testing and evaluating clutch in vehicle,they test the single clutch only.In this article,we advanced a method of testing and evaluating clutch in vehicle according to request of the vehicle clutch,so that we can evaluate and improve the clutch in vehicle.
