摘    要:以种子经卫星搭载后SP1代抱子芥植株的叶片为材料,对叶片中叶绿素含量,可溶性糖含量进行了测定.结果表明,可溶性糖含量与对照相比有所下降;叶绿素a含量升高,而叶绿素b含量降低,使叶绿素阿a/b比值明显升高.本文讨论了抱子芥中生理指标发生变化的原因.

Abstract:Seeds of Brassica juncea var gemminfera were treated by space flight, and contents of chlorophyll and soluble carbohydrate in leaves of the germinated plants were tested. It was found that the contents of the soluble carbohydrate and chlorophyll a increased, but the content of chlorophyll b decreased, resulting in a significant increase of the chlorophyll a/b ratio. The cause of these plant physiological changes was discussed in this paper.
