| 摘 要： | 勤工助学是高校资助大学生工作的重要组成部分,不仅是缓解贫困生经济困难的途径之一,也是全面推进素质教育的重要平台。分析了高校图书馆勤工助学的必要性及高校图书馆勤工助学的特点,探讨了高校图书馆勤工助学的管理机制。

| Abstract: | The work-study program,which is an important component of university＇s financial assistance for students in poverty,is not only one of the paths for relieving the economic difficulties of the students in poverty but also an important platform for comprehensively pushing forward the quality education.This paper analyzes the necessity and features of the workstudy program in university library,and probes into the management mechanism of work-study program in university library. |
