| 摘 要： | 使用博弈论对退耕还林政策实施以来的承包现象进行了分析,重点分析了承包户与种植户之间的利益关系。得出:(1)承包过程中,承包农户与种植农户形成了完全信息静态博弈关系;(2)在承包活动中,承包农户是主体;(3)若想博弈的均衡存在,承包农户应该提高承包费用。
