摘    要:从外包的定义出发,解释了人力资源管理外包的含义,对人力资源管理外包的趋势进行了概括描述。分析了人力资源外包的内容、外包的原因及公司选择外包服务商要考虑的因素与风险,最后简述了外包后人力资源管理部门的角色定位。

Abstract:Starting from the definition of the outsourcing, this paper defines the meaning of the outsourcing of the human resource management (HRM), and describes generally the HRM outsourcing trend, analyzes the contents and causes of HRM outsourcing, and puts forward some factors and risks that should be taken into consideration by the enterprise to select the outsourcing servers, and expounds the role positioning of the HRM departments after the outsourcing.
