摘    要:DPJ30kW电封闭带传动试验机是一种新研制的多功能、中等功率的带传动试验设备.其电气控制系统原理是电动机、发电机组成的电封闭回馈系统原理,系统被设计成一种可控硅调压控制的直流电机调速系统.该系统采用电流、电压和转速的三闭环控制,文中具体讨论了三闭环的控制过程和原理.考察实际工况,该系统不但动静态特性好,调速精度高,而且节能效率高,从实验结果得出,其最高节电率可达82%,平均为77%,每年节省18.7万度电.

Abstract:DPJ30kW test machine of electric closed belt-type transmission is a newly developed, medium power and multifunctional test equipment for belt-type transmission. The electric control system is designed as a electric closed return feed system, consisting of a motor-generator set. Tt is designed with direct current motor speed- governing system controlled by the controllable silicon for voltage regulation. The system adopts three closed loops controlling electric current, voltage and rotational speed. The control process and the principle of the three closed loops are discussed. As for practical operational conditions, the dynamic and static states of the system are working well, speed governing precision is high and electric energy is efficienty saved as weU. According to experimental results, the highest percentage of electricity saved is 82%, the average 77%. Energy saved may amount to 187 thousand kW hours per year.
