蒽醌染料溶液的电子束脱色

摘    要:选择蒽醌染料溶液 ,用电子加速器进行辐照 ,得到了很好的效果 .EB辐照可使染料溶液达到完全脱色 .脱色的程度由染料溶液的浓度和辐照剂量决定 .辐照后溶液的带色基团吸收峰逐渐消失 ,染料分子中的带色基团已被降解 .辐照后染料溶液的 COD明显减少 ,溶液中还原性污染物质大大减少 ,样品中有机物量下降

Abstract:An anthraquinone dye aqueous solution was treated with an electron accelerator. Decolouration of an anthraquinone dye solution was obtained after irradiation. The decolouration degree of the dye solution depended on the dye concentration and irradiation dose. The absorption peak of color group in the solution decreased evidently. It eventually disappeared with increasing EB dose. This indicates that coloring group of dye molecular has been degraded. Chemical oxygen demand (COD) of dye solution was clearly reduced after irradiation. Degradation of organic pollutant in dye solution resulted form action between EB and organic molecule.
