基于色谱分析实现电力机车变压器故障诊断

摘    要:通过对电力机车变压器油中溶解的各种气体成分的色谱分析,可以尽早发现设备内部存在的潜伏性故障,并随时掌握故障的发展情况.本设计在分析电力机车变压器油中各种气体成分对系统故障影响的基础上,建立了故障诊断系统,并在windows操作系统平台上根据诊断流程实现智能化的故障诊断.系统具有针对性强,使用方便,检测可靠性高等优点.

Abstract:The latent fault can be found early and the fault status can be held in time through the various gas components dissolved in transformer oil of power engine.This paper presents a fault diagnoses system by analyzing gas components in power engine effect to system fault and intelligent fault diagnoses are realized in windows operating system platform based on diagnoses flow.The system has advantages of better pertinence,convenience and reliability of checking.
