| 摘 要： | 社会经济运行有三种基本调节机制，即市场、政府和伦理。伦理调节既是市场调节和政府调节的补充，又是市场调节和政府调节有效发挥作用的精神基础。伦理道德通过影响和制约经济主体的行为选择，直接或间接的影响和制约社会资源的优化配置，调控着社会经济的运行秩序，促成着社会分配的合理协调，从而促进社会经济的优化发展。

| Abstract: | There are three basic regulation mechanisms in social economy functions, namely market, government and ethics. Ethic regulation is not only a supplement to market and government regulations, but also the spiritual ground for both of them granting on fall role-playing. Ethics directly or indirectly affects and restrcts the optimized distribution of social resources at the same time affecting and restricting choice behaviour of the main economic body. It regulates the functional order of social economy and promotes the organized social distribution. It modifies the social economy under optimized development. |
