博客文化对构建和谐社会的负面影响与对策研究

博客作为第四媒体中最强有力的传播方式，发展势头强劲，其对于文化的传播、公民的政治参与、民众价值观念的转变等产生了极具震荡性的深层冲击。博客在拓宽言论渠道、方便人们交流的同时，也因缺乏社会责任担当而产生了一系列的负面影响，主要有：用错误言论误导公众，弱化主流价值观；虚假信息泛滥，引发社会不稳定；传播偏激言论，易使青年一代丧失理性；对政治传播内容和方式产生极大的冲击；弱化了主流媒体的话语权，容易使自己成为新的文化霸权的工具。对此，应加强对博客的管理，扩大其正面效应，消除其负面影响；建立健全法律制度，规范博客网站和博客行为；提高网民素质，增强其辨别真假是非的能力；完善博客门户网站整体架构，构建主流权威性网站的博客平台，优化网络信息资源，降低博客的自由度。我们应认真研究博客文化，弘扬真正的博客精神，努力消除其对构建和谐社会的负面影响。

Negative Effects of Blog Culture on the Construction of a Harmonious Society and Study of Counter-Measures

With the rapid development of blog, it has grown into the strongest media among those ＂fourth media＂. In recent year, Blog had made intensively concussive impact to culture spreading method, common value idea, paroxysmal happening and political participancy, etc. Because of these, this paper made much research on blog culture, which explore essence of blog, carry forward its right function and overcome its negative influence. The research has very important academic and realistic value to designing harmonious society.
