| 摘 要： | 体操教学训练过程中经常发生运动损伤，影响正常的教学进程．本文通过对我院体育系２２４名本专科学生在教学、训练过程中发生的运动损伤进行调查，探讨其易伤部位、特点、规律和致伤原因，提出针对性措施，为今后体育系科体操教学训练中有效预防损伤提供参考．

| Abstract: | prots injuries often happen in the course of gymnastic teaching and training.The article through investigation sports injuries of 224 undergraduates and traning students of the physical education department of our college,which have happend in process of teaching and training,analyses the location that easy to be injured, characterisitc, regularity and the reasons of causing the injuries,at the same time,offers the measures in view of these.It will provids the reference of effective prevention of injuries that happen in process of gymnastic teaching and training of the phgsical eduction deparment in fature. |
