| Abstract: | The author proposes in this poper a new small Chinese city plan for the year 2000.The plan,year 2000 Model Cities Program,is directed against the malpractices of building numerous houses on the two sides of highways connecting coastal cities of China at present.It is based on the modern theory of city planning and has consulted the examples of new type American middle and small city construction. |
