摘    要:应用流法(亦称通量法)建立了小尺寸实验炉流场和温度场数学模型,选用CELS(Coupled Equation Line Solution)联合逐线交叉迭代法进行了求解。在实验炉上做了实验验证,结果吻合较好,说明流法可以较准确地应用于小尺寸工业炉窑的预示计算中。

Abstract:The flux method applied to the establishment of mathematical models of flux/temperature fields for a pilot furnace of small size under some assumptions. These coupled equations were solved using iteration CELS (Coupled Equation Line Solution) and Newton-Ralphson linearization, and the result is shown in good agreement with that of experiments. The flux method is thus proved available for the prediction calculation with enough accuracy for small-sized industrial furnaces.
