稀土对铬合金铸铁热塑性的影响

摘    要:本文介绍了加入微量稀土元素可显著提高铬合金铸铁热塑性的试验結果。通过金相显微镜、电子探针、离子探针等手段,研究了稀土元素在铬合金铸铁中对硫、硅、碳化物及夹杂物的影响。初步探讨了稀土元素提高铬合金铸铁热塑性的机理。

Abstract:This paper introduces the test result that the heat-plasticity of chrome alloy cast iron is increscd significantly by virtue of a few rare earths elements in it.Through the agency of the microscope, electron microprobe, ion probe and other means, the influence of rare earths elements on sulphur, silicon, carbide and other impurities which exist in chrome alloy cast iron is studied and discussed.The reason that rare earths elements increases the heat-plasticity of chrome alloy cast iron is also presented.
