银杏分泌腔发生和发育的解剖学研究

摘    要:在光学显微镜下对银杏的叶,茎,根器官分泌腔的发生及发育进程进行了观察和研究,结果表明除根中没有分泌腔外,其它器官的分泌腔均以相同的方式发生。分泌腔是以裂溶生方式形成的。分泌腔原始细胞是一团排列紧密,原生质很浓,染色较深的细胞,其周围被液泡化的细胞所包围,随着分泌腔的发育,这些细胞逐渐液泡化,并向四周移动,形成一个空腔,当空腔增大一定程序后,内层分泌细胞部分溶解,且少于腔内。在分化后期,分泌腔由一层梁色很深的环带状结构的分泌细胞和薄壁性鞘状细胞所包围。

Abstract:Origin and development of secretory cavities in stem,leaf,root of Ginkgo biloba were studied with light microscope. The results indicate that except in root there is no secretory cavity,secretory cavities initiate in the same pattern from the other organs examined. The mode of formation of the cavities is schizo lysigeneous pattern. The initial secretory cells appear as a clump of very dense cells surrounded by more vacuolated cells. All these cells become rapidly vacuolated and move aside schizogeneously leaving a central empty space. The secretory cells are collapsed following the development of secretory cavities.Finally, the cavities are surrounded by a ring of densely stained secretory cells and layers of sheath cells.
