| 摘 要： | 对迷宫式压缩机的迷宫泄漏流动进行了模拟和计算．探讨了迷宫间隙、迷宫槽数、活塞偏心量及迷宫密封压力等主要参数对泄漏的影响规律．提出了迷宫机构主要参数的设计值选取范围，为压缩机迷宫密封机构的合理设计提供了基本依据

| Abstract: | This paper conducts the experimental simulation and mathematical calculation of the labyrinth leakage flow in a labyrinth piston compressor. The regularity of affections of the main parameters, such as size of labyrinth clearence, number of labyrinth chambers, eccentricity of the labyrinth piston and sealing pressure in the cylinder, is discussed in detail. Reasonable design values of those parameters are suggested. Therefore, this study provides basis for design of labyrinth piston structure. |
