| 摘 要： | 二级学院（系）档案在高职高专院校人才培养工作水平评估中具有重要作用，但其目前在队伍建设、档案意识、经费投入、信息收集、现代化服务质量等方面存在诸多不足，要全面推进档案工作，实现可持续发展和跨越式发展，必须加强档案专业队伍建设和档案意识的宣传、教育；加大档案费用投入，确保档案完整、安全；建立科学、规范的管理体系和制度，提高信息化处理与信息开发能力，实现档案的创新服务。

| Abstract: | Archives in departments play a very important role in education evaluation at higher vocational colleges. However, there are many disadvantages in personnel, archive awareness, finance investment, information content and modem service quality. Construction of specialized personnel in archive management and archive awareness should be strengthened for promotion of archive work and sustainable development. Investments should be added to safeguard the completeness and safety. Scientific and standardized information management and development capability for innovative management system should be set up to improve service. |
