合纤长丝成纱机理的快速诊断研究

摘    要:利用脉冲激光全息术的高速、实时、全场和非接触测量的特点,作者采用红宝石激光全息照相,实现了对合纤长丝成纱过程快速诊断的应用研究,复丝成纱超快过程不同瞬间的成纱状态被记录于全息图上。通过对全息图的分析,获得了有关描述复丝成纱速度及高频振动参量定量计算的结果,为变形生产中工艺参数的匹配与制订提供了依据。

Abstract:By using a ruby laser, the Pulse Laser Holography, for its high-speed, real time, full view and contactlessness, is used to carry out the fast diagnosis of the behaviour of the synthetic fibers filament during the yar-texturing process. The holograms in which the yarn-texturing processes at differenttimes are racorded provide effective information to make guantitative analyses about the properties of filaments described by the velocity, frequency, and amplitude of the vibration of the filaments. In light of these results, the technological parameters in the yarn-texturing process may be modified for matching one another.
