| 摘 要： | 用随机排列碱基顺序的寡核苷酸引物，对蚕、鱼、蛇、家猪等动物的基因组ＤＮＡ扩增，获得了这些动物的随机扩增多态ＤＮＡ指纹图谱，对影响扩增结果的几个因素进行了分析，对动物随机扩增多态ＤＮＡ反应的适宜条件进行了讨论。

Analysis of Reaction Conditions for DNA Fingerprints of some Animals Generated by RAPD |

| Abstract: | Species specific RAPD fingerprints of pig, snake, eel, and silkworm were generated by random amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD). Some conditions of the RAPD reaction procdeure may influence the result. Polymerase, annealing temperature, and primer, are important factors in obtaining good DNA yields and optimal fragment patterns. RAPD has been proved to be an efficient method in genetic analysis of animals. |
