普通车床主运动传动系统机构设计

摘    要:为了实现普通车床的多级变速,减少传动过程中热量的产生,提出一种普通车床主运动传动系统机构设计方案.首先根据车床加工要求确定转速级数与转速数列,再根据变速方法设计传动系统机构,最后确定传动轴直径、电机功率、齿轮齿数等关键零部件参数.整个运动系统采用分离式结构,分别实现高速和低速的调节,且产热少、效率高.采用Solidworks Simulation软件对所设计的机构进行有限元仿真分析,研究结果表明,其强度、刚度等符合设计要求,可顺利实现12级转速的调节.

Design of the Main Motion Transmission System of General Lathes

Abstract:In order to realize multistage transmission of common lathe and reduce the generation of heat during transmission, a mechanism design scheme for the main motion drive system of a general lathe was proposed. The speed number and speed series were calculated according to the machining requirements of the lathe, firstly. Then, the transmission system mechanism was designed according to the variable speed method. The parameters of key parts such as drive shaft diameter, motor power and gear number were determined, lastly. The whole motion system adopted separated structure, realizing high speed and low speed regulation respectively, with higher efficiency and less heat. The designed mechanism was analyzed by finite element Simulation software Solid works Simulation, and the results showed that the strength, stiffness and other requirements of the design meet the design requirements, and the adjustment of grade l2 speed can be achieved smoothly.
