摘    要:采用电子自旋共振法、光敏化合物微生物方法,研究了葛根黄酮、竹叶黄酮的抗氧化活性,并将其应用于降低香烟烟气粒相自由基的实验.结果显示,葛根黄酮、竹叶黄酮对氮氧自由基的清除率分别为35.5%和27.5%,对单线态氧的清除率分别为7.7%~58.1%和22.6%~67.7%,平均可以降低香烟烟气中23.8%和11.6%的粒相自由基.葛根黄酮和竹叶黄酮具有较好的抗氧化活性,并对香烟烟气粒相自由基有一定的清除作用.

Abstract:Antioxidation activeness of pueraria lobata flavone and bamboo leaf flavone were sdudied by the ESR method and photosensitized compound microbe method.We apply the results to reducing free radical in the cigarette smoke.Scavenging percentage of pueraria lobata flavone and bamboo leaf flavone to nitrogen-oxygen free radical is 35.5% and 27.5%.To ~1O_2 free radical the scavenging percentage using method is 7.7%~58.1% and 22.6%~67.7%.We reduce the free radical in cigarette smoke to 23.8% and 11.6% averagely.Antioxidation activeness and scavenging effect on free radical in cigarette smoke,the method is satisfactory.
