| 摘 要： | 本文主要是对茧蛹皮的成分，结构进行物理、化学及电镜分析，从而确定其含有的主要成分及含甲壳质的数量，进而认定蛹皮的可利用价值，并对提取甲壳质的工艺者了初步探讨。

| Abstract: | The composition and structure of pupa skin were studied by means of chemical analysis and electron microscopy. The main composition and the content of chitin were determined. There by the ulitilizaiton value of the pupa skin was confirmed, and a preliminary exploration was made on the process of extracting chitin from the pupa skin. |
