| 摘 要： | 本文通过调查，对我校大学生体育生活现状进行分析研究。结果表明，大学生对体育的总体认识程度教高，参与意识较强，体育锻炼的效果明显。对于现行的早操制度、课外体育活动等方面提出疑问。

| Abstract: | This essay,by means of survey,has made an analysis and study on the status quo of the physical life of the college students in my school.The results have shown that the students totally have a better understanding o f the physical education and are more willing to take the participation.The phys ical training produces an obvious effect,but it has put forward some doubts on the existing regulations of morning exercises and the extracurricular sports acti vities and so on. |
