高炉喷吹铁矿粉工业性试验结果分析

摘    要:对鞍钢1050m^3高炉喷吹铁矿粉的工业性试验结果进行了分析。由于矿粉中氧化铁的氧化作用在喷矿近10kg/t条件下,生铁Si含量由0.631%降至0.584%;硅氧化放热与铁矿粉分解及还原吸热大体相抵,所以喷吹后焦比未见升高。

Abstract:The results obtained from a industrial test by the injection of fine iron ore into a blast furnace (1050 m 3) have been studied. Owing to the effect of iron oxide in powder ore the silicon in the hot metal tends to decrease from 0 631% to 0 584% while the injection amount is near 10 kg/t. The amount of the heat released in Si oxidation is almost offset by that absorbed in decomposition and reduction of iron oxide. Therefore the coke rate is not found to be increased by the injection. The exothermic reaction of Si oxidation is advantageous to the desulfurization of hot metal. It will counteract partially the harmful influence of oxygen potential elevation by the injection. As the result,the content of sulfur in hot metal basically remains stable.
