新时期中国体育教师教育探析

教师教育一体化是当今世界教师教育的发展趋势，世界范围教师教育的职前培养和在职培训趋向合作和统一，一体化的模式得到普遍认同和接受。我国教育体制的改革为体育教师教育的发展提供了广阔的空间，为建立一只高素质、高水平的体育教师队伍提供了良好的机遇。我国体育教师教育只有建立一体化的教育管理机制，组织机构，统筹职前教育．入职教育和职后教育内容和课程设置，组成一体化的教师队伍，才能整体优化教育资源机构，解决体育教师教育的困境。
