摘    要:目的探讨通过改变K空间填充方式来降低3D DCE-MRA顺磁性造影剂剂量的可行性.方法临床双下肢动脉狭窄病变患者行动脉3D DCE-MRA磁共振检查,60例患者随机分为两组,双倍剂量组,K空间填充方式选择中心填充,单倍剂量组,K空间填充方式选择椭圆中心填充.结果单倍剂量组及双倍剂量组图像质量无差异,单倍剂量组K空间填充方式为椭圆填充,造影剂的剂量减少.结论改变K空间填充方式可以降低3D DCE-MRA顺磁性造影剂剂量,3D DCE-MRA是一种无创、在活体上可重复实施、又能进行形态学评价的检查方法.

Application the Usage of K-Space Technology in 3 D DCE-MRA for Reducing Contrast Agent Dose
Abstract:Objective To explore the feasibility of reducing paramagnetic contrast agent dose for three dimensional dynamic contrast enhanced mr angiography ( 3 D DCE-MRA ) through changing K-space filling approach. Method A total of 60 patients with double lower limbs artery stenosis who underwent artery 3D DCE-MRA examination were enrolled in this study. The patients were randomly divided into two groups,the single dose one group accepting center filling approach and the double dose group accepting ellipse center filling method. Results There was no difference in image quality between the single dose group and the double dose group. K-space filling approach of the single group was ellipse filling which reduced the dosage of contrast agent. Conclusion The change of K-space filling approach can reduce the paramagnetic contrast agent dose for 3 D DCE-MRA. Three dimensional DCE-MRA is a noninvasive and repeatable in vivo method, which can also be applied for morphological evaluation.
