窄谱UVB照射联合匹多莫德治疗白癜风100例临床分析

摘    要:目的探讨窄谱UVB照射联合匹多莫德治疗白癜风的临床疗效.方法选取100例白癜风患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各50例.对照组患者单纯给予窄谱UVB照射治疗,观察组患者给予窄谱UVB照射联合匹多莫德治疗.结果观察组患者经过治疗,临床疗效总有效率为94.0%(47/50),对照组总有效率为78.0%(39/50),观察组疗效总有效率显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05).结论匹多莫德作为一种新型化学合成免疫调节剂,联合窄谱UVB照射应用在白癜风的治疗中,能够有效提高巨噬细胞吞噬能力和趋化性,更好地提高机体细胞免疫功能.窄谱UVB照射联合匹多莫德治疗白癜风效果显著,患者耐受性提高,不良反应发生率低,值得临床推广使用.

Clinical Analysis on the Combination of NB-UVB Irradiation and Pidotimod on the Treatment of Vitiligo in 100 Cases
Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of NB-UVB irradiation combined with pidotimod on the treatment of vitiligo. Method 100 patients with facial and neck vitiligo were selected,and randomly divided into control group and observation group with 50 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with narrow band UVB irradiation, and patients in the observation group were treated with narrow band UVB irradiation combined with pidotimod therapy. Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 94. 0% (47/50),and the rate of the control group was 78. 0% (39/50). The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group ( P<0 . 05 ) . Conclusion As a new chemical synthetic immunomodulator, pidotimod combined with narrow band UVB radiation in the treatment of vitiligo,can effectively improve the phagocytosis ability and chemotaxis of macrophagocyte, and can also better improve cellular immune function. Narrow band UVB radiation combined with pidotimod in the treatment of vitiligo has a significant clinical effect, can improve patient ’ s tolerance and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions. Thus,it is worth widely spread and use.
