摘    要:讨论了用主轴转速波动信号在线监测铣刀破损的可能性.主轴转速波动信号由安装在铣床主轴上的光电编码器获取,给出了高速采集主轴转速波动信号的采集板原理框图.对转速波动信号进行时域分析,从中抽取不同的特征参量进行信息融合来监测铣刀破损状态

Monitoring of Milling Tool Breakage Using fluctuation Signals in the Spindle Speed
Abstract:A unique technique has been developed for on line monitoring of tool breakage in the milling process using fluctuation signals in the spindle speed. The fluctuation signals can be measured with a photoelectric encoder mounted on the spindle. A schematic diagram of hihg speed sampling of fluctuations in the spindle speed with hardwares is given. Based on an analysis of the speed fluctuation in the time domain, the characteristic parameters are extracted and the information is processed to monitor the tool breakage.
