| Abstract: | Taking the novelty retrieval station of Beijing University of Science and Technology as the example,this paper probes into the concrete measures for improving the quality of sci-tech novelty retrieval work,such as perfecting all regulations and systems,optimizing the structure of sci-tech novelty retrieval personnel,improving the quality of sci-tech novelty retrieval personnel,perfecting literature supporting system,and strengthening the quality control of sci-tech novelty retrieval,etc. |
