| 摘 要： | 以人际信任量表（ITS）、自尊量表（SES）、心理控制源量表（IPC）为测量工具,对270名贫困大学生人际信任、自尊、心理控制源进行了测试。结果表明：自尊在对心理控制源与人际信任的关系中起部分中介作用。

| Abstract: | This paper tests the interpersonal trust,self-esteem and locus of control of 270 poor college students with ITS,SES and IPC.The results show that self-esteem plays an intermediary role in locus of control and interpersonal trust. |
