| 摘 要： | 基于消费者类型，从效用角度分析了新、旧耐用品对消费者的市场覆盖；讨论了耐用品垄断商在两周期上最优租赁定价策略及相关特征。发现第一期新耐用品的最优租赁定价高于第二期新耐用品的最优租赁定价，但第一期新耐用品的市场覆盖高于第二期新耐用品的市场覆盖；垄断商在第一期对新耐用品的最优租赁定价先随着耐用度的增加而增加，然后随着耐用度的增加而下降，在第二期，新耐用品的最优租赁定价不受耐用度影响。 |

| Abstract: | The new and used durable goods market share from the consumer＇s utility is analysed based on the consumer＇s type. The optimal rental pricing of the durable goods monopoly in the two periods is discussed. It＇s obtained that the optimal rental pricing of the new durable goods in the first period is higher than in the second period,but the market share of the new durable goods in the first period is higher;The optimal rental pricing of new durable goods is increasing with the durability of the durable goods in the first period at first, then decreasing ; The durability of the goods has no effect on the optimal rental pricing of the new durable goods in the second period. |
