摘    要:为了研究控制多污染源污染物散发的有效方法,采用CFD技术模拟分析了集成式排风罩与独立排风罩在相同条件下对多污染源有害气体的控制效果,研究结果表明:集成式排风罩气流流向有利于工人呼吸健康;独立排风罩和集成式排风罩两侧排风罩对有害气体的控制效果均要优于中间排风罩的控制效果,但在呼吸区相同控制点处集成式排风罩对有害气体的控制效果要明显优于独立排风罩。

Abstract:In order to study the effective methods of controlling the emission of pollutants from multiple pollution sources.The CFD technology was used to simulate the effect that integrated exhaust hood and the individual exhaust hood control the harmful gases under the same conditions when multip-pollution sources emit harmful substances simultaneously.The results show that the flow direction of integrated exhaust hood is more favorable for workers to breathe fresh air than that of individual exhaust hood.It found that the control effect of both sides of the independent exhaust hood and the integrated exhaust hood is better than that of the middle one,but the integrated exhaust hood has better control effect on harmful gases at the same control point in the respiratory area.
