长青煤矿6#煤层顶煤冒放性数值模拟

摘    要:为研究煤矿顶煤冒放性,基于长青煤矿6#煤层煤岩物理力学参数,利用通用离散元程序(UDEC)建立工作面走向数值计算模型,分析工作面推进距离对顶煤冒放高度的影响。结果表明:随着工作面的推进,顶煤屈服破碎高度增加,破碎、垮落范围增大。当工作面推进20 m时顶煤破坏范围和破坏形状趋于稳定,屈服破坏高度达到峰值9 m。由此,煤层冒放性较好,可以采用一次采全高综采放顶煤开采方法。该研究为长青煤矿6#煤层放顶煤开采生产提供了理论依据。

Abstract:Aimed at investigating top coal caving of coal mine,based on physical and mechanical parameters of 6# coal seam in Changqing coal mine,this paper introduces the use UDEC of to develop face trend numerical model and analyze the influence of face-promoting distance on top coal caving height.The results shows that the advancing face results in the increasing yield and broken height of top coal of the coal seam and increasing range of caving and broken range.20 m advance tends to stabilize damage extent and damage shape,with consequent 9 m yield and broken height.The better caving of the coal seam allows mining method of comprehensive caving to be used.The study provides a theoretical basis for caving of 6# coal seam in Changing coal mine.
