问题与对策：对法学教材编写热潮的感言

经过近30年的努力,中国的法学教育得到了长足发展.无论是法学院的教师,还是所培养的学生,质量和数量都有很大的提高.但是,目前的法学教育也出现了前所未有的危机.在网上已有人把法学专业列为排列第二的垃圾专业.学生对法学教材的满意程度很低,而用人单位对学生的整体评价也不是很高.其中的原因可以从多个方面进行解释,现重点分析法学教材存在的问题及改变办法.

Issues and Countermeasures: Impressions on the Compiling of the Teaching Materials of Legal Science

Through nearly 30 years of efforts,the education of science of law in China has undergone tremendous developments.Both the teachers and the students of the law schools have improved a lot in quality and quantity.However,this does not mean that there exist no problems in the education of science of law.Unprecedented crisis have appeared in our present education of the science of law.Already,someone has classified the science of law as the rubbish which is ranked the second.The prosperity on the surface of education of science of law is difficult to conceal the serious problems.The students are not satisfied with the teaching materials of legal science,and the society rates the students unreasonably low.We can explain the reasons from several aspects.In this paper,the author analyses the existing problems in the teaching materials of legal science and provides some countermeasures.
