产业结构与就业结构协调性分析——以山西省为例

以山西统计年鉴历年统计数据为依据,运用结构偏离度和产业结构与就业结构协调系数两个指标对山西省的产业结构和就业结构的协调性进行了分析,指出山西省的产业结构和就业结构是非协调的,针对这种不协调的状况提出了对策和建议。

Analysis on the Coordination of Industrial Structure and Employment Structure——Taking Shanxi Province as an Example

Base on the statistical data from Shanxi Statistical Yearbook of the past years,by and by using two indicators of the structural deviation and the coordination coefficient between industrial structure and employment structure,this paper analyzed the coordination of Shanxi Province＇s industrial structure and employment structure,points out that Shanxi Province＇s industrial structure and employment structure is incoordinated,and in the light of the incoordination,puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions.
