摘    要:为了迅速、准确地测定钡铁氧体磁粉颗粒的厚度、直径和厚径比的统计分布,采用对磁颗粒施加外加电磁场的方法,使各个磁颗粒的易磁化轴方向趋于一致,并用扫描电子显微镜观察钡铁氧体磁粉颗粒。实验发现: 在0~0.6 T范围内,外加磁感应强度越大,磁颗粒的取向程度越好。对较佳工艺条件下得到的扫描电镜照片进行测量和分析,得到颗粒的厚度、直径和厚径比的函数分布。

Abstract:To measure the size of Ba Ferrite fine magnetic particles, electromagnetic field was employed to drive the fine magnetic particles displace in order, then scanning electron microscope (SEM) was used to observe and measure the size of Ba Ferrite fine magnetic particles. The analysis results indicate that the higher electromagnetic field leads to better arrangement of the fine magnetic particles at the range of 0~0.6T. Finally, the size of Ba Ferrite fine magnetic particles was measured and analyzed from SEM image which was treated using a better technology, and the functions of the particle thickness, diameter and their ratio were obtained.
