| 摘 要： | 在介绍国内外有线电视的发展状况和趋势的基础上，提出了电信部门在开发有线电视网时，可以利用现有已敷设的电缆线路网、光缆网以及其他一些通信设备，做到一网多用。分析了电信部门充分发挥其优势，积极参加有线电视网开发建设的经济效益及可行性

| Abstract: | The developing state and the trend of wired TV in internal and external area are introduced.Then the realization of many services in one net is proposed by using the laid cableline net,optical cable net and other communication facilities.Considering the economic benefit and practicability,telecommunication bureau should give full play to superiority to participate in the development of CATV net. |
